For Future Residents of Miatka International Hall of Residence

Please follow the necessary procedures within the period below:

For International students moving in from April （※Scheduled move-in dates for AY2020）

Please note that you cannot carry out the procedures to move in on Saturdays,
Sundays and national holidays. We can also hardly accept you when arriving out of office hours.
The hall office does NOT take care of unaccompanied goods that arrive before your move-in day.

In case you cannot arrive within the period above, be sure to contact both the hall office
