Eligibility: Those who graduate/will graduate between April 2017 and September 2017

            10:00       Music by the University Orchestra

            10:10       Opening of the Ceremony

            10:10       Presentation of Diplomas

            10:40       Speech by the President

            11:00       Speeches by Representatives of Graduating Students

            11:10       Closing
