【Nobel Week, Day 7】 Professor Kajita Visits the Nordic Museum

December 10, 2015

Date of activity: December 9, 2015

Stockholm was so warm today that gloves were not needed in the daytime. On this warm day, Professor Kajita visited a local high school in the afternoon with fellow Nobel Prize in Physics recipient Professor Arthur B. McDonald. They gave lectures there and met with the students.

In the evening, Professor Kajita and his guests enjoyed a dinner party hosted by the Nobel Foundation and the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences at the Nordic Museum. The Nordic Museum was opened in 1873 and features historical and cultural items from Sweden dating back to the 16th century and up to the present day.
