The 21 KOMCEE, which was completed in 2011, provides spaces for active learning. This new educational building complex features studio classrooms, which are suitable for discussions, presentations, group work, and classes that involve body expression, such as dance or aerobics. The complex also offers a multipurpose space that promotes social interaction between students and faculty members, a lecture hall and a cafeteria. Featuring a heating and air conditioning system that uses groundwater, as well as an energy management system utilizing artificial intelligence, 21 KOMCEE is an advanced University facility constructed with the aim of being a zero-energy building (ZEB).
