◆Replacement of Video Equipment at Ito Hall
We will be carrying out replacement work for the video equipment in Ito Hall during the period indicated below.
Please note that the basement-level facilities listed below will be unavailable during the replacement work.

◆Notice of Revision to Facility Usage Fees
At the Ito International Research Center, we have decided to revise our facility usage fees based on the feedback we have received from users.
This revision will take effect on April 1, 2026.
As part of this change, fees for each facility (excluding Ito Hall) will be displayed on an hourly basis, creating a clearer and more user-friendly pricing structure.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

◆ Change in Usage Policy (Effective April 1, 2025)
Due to the revision of the internal regulations of Ito International Research Center (effective April 1, 2025),the usage procedures and application forms have been updated.
Please be sure to review the “Service” and “Terms of Use - IIRC(Ito International Research Center ” before submitting your application.
Note:The period from Tuesday, April 1 to Wednesday, April 30 will be treated as a transition period.

-Scope of eligible users
-Referrers
-Application period
-Prohibited activities

Floor plans and room measurements are also available.
Facility Usage Information
Before applying to use the facility, please make sure to review "Terms of Use - IIRC".
- Approval may take some time, so please submit your application well in advance.
- If you would like to visit the facility beforehand, please contact the Operations Office in advance.
- If you wish to display signs or boards outdoors, please consult with us beforehand to ensure compliance with campus safety regulations.
