In recent years, there has been a growing tendency among women to play a more active role in society, leading to an increase in their average age of marriage and first child delivery. This, together with the growth of nuclear families, has resulted in reported cases of depression from child rearing, child neglect and abuse. This project (currently at an initial stage) aims to solve such problems by accumulating a large amount of knowhow from child-raising helpers and compiling textbooks into a corpus using AI technology. This helps us to analyze such data through semantic analysis and to systematize the implicit knowledge about parenting. By building a chatbot system based on the corpus, the project aims to alleviate young mothers’ sense of alienation and to assist their child rearing.
