How to Prepare Your Application

What to write in an internal application form

When you apply for a program, you need to submit an internal application form. You will be required to fill in your “profile, personality, skills, etc.”, as well as provide a “statement of purpose (for the program you are applying to)”, and a “Research or study plan”.
In the “Profile, personality, skills, etc.” section, please give a description of yourself so that reviewers can understand who you are.
In the “Statement of purpose or reason why you wish to study abroad/participate” section, it is not enough just to tell about your eagerness to study abroad/participate in the program. You must also indicate what the studying abroad/program means to your interest, study, and future vision.
In the “Research or study plan” section, you need to clarify a detailed plan on how you intend to achieve what you wrote in the “Statement of purpose or reason why you wish to study abroad/participate” section.

(Caution)
Details of the sections in an internal application form and directions may vary depending on the program you are applying for. Please refer to the latest version of application documents and forms and follow the instructions.
