On February 24, 2020, Dr. Tatsuya Okubo, Dean of the Graduate School of Engineering, participated in the General Meeting of the Indo Akamonkai, an alumni association of UTokyo, and exchanged information with UTokyo graduates who are active in India regarding the activation of Japan-India exchange by utilizing UTokyo's network.
