Yusuke Kakimoto was born in Kobe in 1987. Having graduated from Doshisha University, he joined Works Applications Co., Ltd. an ERP package software maker. In 2013, he established ENRISSION Inc.
The first SHIRU CAFE store was opened near the campus of Doshisha University in 2013 to provide opportunities for students to interact freely with HR representative of leading companies. SHIRU CAFE expanded to Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad in 2016 as its first overseas store. As of October 2019, there are 19 SHIRU CAFEs in Japan near campuses of top-notch universities such as the University of Tokyo and Kyoto University, as well as 9 stores in India.
So far SHIRU CAFE has gained about 150 sponsoring companies.
