The Division for Global Campus Initiatives oversees university-wide international exchange and cooperation as part of the central administration of the University of Tokyo. In addition, individual faculties, graduate schools and institutes also have offices responsible for international relations and exchange. The University's international activities thus have a multi-level character, from broad-based frameworks for cooperation at the university-wide level to specialized department-level cooperation in specific fields.
