Review of the development status for very high-efficiency multi-junction solar cells

Recent situation of the development for III-V based multi-junction solar cells will be reported. Several development projects targeting 4-6 junction cells are run by preparing a new structure using the improved epitaxial crystal growth and mechanical stacking approach.
