UTokyo Men's Swimming Team Wins 7-Univ. Competition and Women's Team Takes 4th Place

A men's and women's swimming competition was held as part of the Seven Universities Athletic Meet (7-Univ.) at Ginga Arena (Sagamihara) from July 30 to July 31, 2016.

The UTokyo men's swimming team won the championship and the women's team took 4th place.

As a result of the above competitions, 10 points and 4 points given for the men's and women's swimming competitions have been awarded to UTokyo.

The current total score of UTokyo is 110.5 points, putting UTokyo in 1st place with a 13.5 point difference over second place, Osaka University.
Although the score difference has been gradually shrinking, UTokyo is adding steadily to the score.

The next competition, a track and field competition, was held at Oi Central Seaside Park from July 30 to 31, 2016.
