You need to consult with the relevant offices in the faculty/graduate school of your affiliation beforehand when you go abroad for studying abroad. In most cases, you need to complete certain procedures related to your student status (e.g. submitting “Permission to Study Abroad”, “Notification of Going Abroad”, or “Notification of Leave of Absence”, etc.).
