Q: Can I apply for Toshima International Hall of Residence before I am accepted to the University of Tokyo?
A: No. Only those who are enrolled at UTokyo or who have been successful in an application to UTokyo are eligible to apply for this accommodations.

Q: Do I need to have a guarantor when staying in the International Lodge?
A: No. You do not have to have a guarantor if you stay in accommodations listed in the webpage "Accommodations Offered by UTokyo."

Q: Can I enter UTokyo accommodations earlier than the date indicated in the "Notification of Admission"?
A: No. You will receive a room key at the time of move-in day specified by the University.

Q: Is there a bicycle parking lot?
A: Yes. You need to register your own bicycle in the Hall.

Q: How long does it take to UTokyo from the Hall?
A: It takes about 40 minutes by subway or 30 minutes by bicycle to the Hongo campus.
