Komaba Faculty House

Komaba Faculty HouseKomaba Faculty House was established in 2004 for international academic exchange. The House has a restaurant and seminar room besides accommodation facilities for foreign researchers. This restaurant is open to the public as well.

Eligibility & Permitted Period of Stay

Researchers who belong to an organization in a country other than Japan and who are going to engage in research activities at UTokyo

up to 3 months
* Residents can stay in the Komaba Faculty House again only if more than 6 months have passed since their last stay, or if they leave Japan after their last stay.

An application must go through the UTokyo laboratory where you are going to engage in research activities.
