Fees (as of April 1, 2022)

* Payment of accommodation fees is required by credit card at the Sanjo Annex Office or by domestic remittance to the account designated by the University of Tokyo at least 14 days in advance of your stay  (any bank transfer charges are to be borne by the sender and no overseas remittance will be accepted). Cancellations within two weeks of the start of your reservation will incur a cancellation charge.
(On the day:100%,The Previous Day:20%,14-2 Days before 10%)

Single room: 5,000 yen (per room / night)
Twin room: 8,000 yen (per room / night)

Application Period & How to Apply

In the period from 6 months to 14 days prior to the date of stay

Please apply by web reservation system by University of Tokyo staff. If you would like to reserve a room please consult with the staff responsible.

Check-in: Please collect your room key at the reception desk of the Sanjo Conference Hall Tatsuokamon Annex between 14:00 ～ 17:30.

Check-out: Please leave the room before 10.00.
