◆ Change in Usage Policy (Effective April 1, 2025)  Due to the revision of the internal regulations of Ito International Research Center (effective April 1, 2025),
the usage procedures and application forms have been updated.
Please be sure to review the “Service” and “Terms of Use - IIRC（Ito International Research Center ” before submitting your application.
Note: The period from Tuesday, April 1 to Wednesday, April 30 will be treated as a transition period.

Before applying to use the facility, please make sure to review "Terms of Use - IIRC".

- Approval may take some time, so please submit your application well in advance.
- If you would like to visit the facility beforehand, please contact the Operations Office in advance.
- If you wish to display signs or boards outdoors, please consult with us beforehand to ensure compliance with campus safety regulations.
