International Student Support Room student support staff engage in the internationalization of campus environment, facilitate the interaction among students, and provide peer support, by collaborating with International Student Support Room.
We will register you as a student support staff and will contact you via email when we need your cooperation. There are two types of cooperation: paid (part-time job) or unpaid (volunteer). The cooperation details (including whether paid or unpaid) will be informed in an email calling for cooperation. You are free to decline to engage in any cooperation. Engagement in cooperation must not interfere with your academic performance.
■Conditions
UTokyo students (both Japanese and international students) Faculty members/Researchers are NOT eligible. Those who can come to Hongo campus for meetings/support activities.
*Under the "Student" status of resident, you must have a "Permission to Engage in Activity Other than that Permitted by the Status of Residence Previously Granted" to engage in a paid cooperation activity. Please obtain the "Permission" beforehand.

ISSR will contact student support staff via email when we ask for your coooperation.
*Personal information you provide will be used only for the operation of the Student Support Staff and will be deleted at the end of the acadmic year. Those who wish to continue registration will be asked to re-register. Details will be provided to the staff in late March every year.
