Q: Can I make a reservation for a room?
A: Yes. You can make a reservation through the eligible person six months before the expected date of your arrival.  However, cancellations within two weeks of the start of your reservation will incur a cancellation charge.

Q: Can I look over the room in advance?
A: You can take a look at the room if there is a vacancy.

Q: Is my child eligible to stay in the Sanjo Conference Halls?
A: Yes, the Sanjo Conference Hall Tatsuokamon Annex accepts children.  Only one preschool child may stay in a twin room with a parent.  Children older than a preschool age will be charged the adult rate for accommodations.

Q: Can I use the Internet from the room?
A: Yes, free wireless Wi-Fi is provided in the Sanjo Conference Hall Tatsuokamon Annex.

Q: Are bath towel, shampoo and other necessary items provided in the room?
A: Most necessary items are provided, but you will need to prepare your own toothpaste, toothbrush and shaver.

Q: Is breakfast provided?
A: No, there is no restaurant inside the Sanjo Conference Hall Tatsuokamon Annex.  However, there is a 24-hour convenience store right next to the Sanjo Conference Hall Tatsuokamon Annex.
