Signing Ceremony with Masdar Institute of Science and Technology(Masdar Institute)

On Tuesday, January 21, the University of Tokyo and Masdar Institute of Science and Technology signed an Agreement for Academic Cooperation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Professor Mikiyasu Nakayama (Graduate School of Frontier Science) attended the signing ceremony on behalf of President Junichi Hamada and Dr. Fred Moavenzadeh, President of Masdar Institute signed the Agreement in the presence of H.E. Nasser Ahmed Alsowaidi, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, Mr. Toshimitsu Motegi, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and His Excellency Yoshihiko Kamo, Ambassador of Japan to the UAE.
