Outline of the Ceremony

1. Date

　　　10:00 to 10:50, Friday, September 18, 2020

2. Venue

　　　Yasuda Auditorium, Hongo Campus

3. Eligibility

　　　Those who graduated (will graduate) between April and September 2020
　　　(However, only the representatives can participate in the ceremony.)

4. Attendees
　　　President, executive vice presidents in charge, deans of each graduate school and the College of Arts and Sciences, and representatives of each graduate school and PEAK Course of the College of Arts and Sciences

5. Program

10:00		Opening of the Ceremony
		Presentation of Diplomas
10:10		Speech by the President
10:35		Speeches by Representatives of Graduating Students
10:45		The University of Tokyo Song
10:50		Closing of the Ceremony

The ceremony will be held in English.
For family members of graduating students, we would like to ask that you refrain from visiting campuses.
For those who are unable to attend the ceremonies, we will provide a live stream of the ceremony via the Internet. We will let you know the details later on the website.
