| Research outline | Our focus is to clarify biological phenomena by analyzing huge amounts of biomolecular, e.g. omics, data, with the aim to overcome diseases such as cancer. It is expected that in the near future we will be able to apply optimum therapies for each patient and prevent disease. For example, by looking at the relationship between cancer and its microenvironment, we can predict treatment response and side effect. To this end, we conduct medical science research with cutting-edge mathematical science. |
