Biography |
He received his Ph.D from the Graduate School of Education, Hokkaido University. He was an associate professor at Institute for Education and Student Support, Ehime University, and a professor at Institute of Transdisciplinary Graduate Degree Program. He was a visiting scholar at Portland State University and a visiting research fellow at Kings College London. He specializes in academic development for higher education. |

He is engaged in the practice of education and learning support at the micro (classroom), middle (curriculum/educational program), and macro (organization/institution) levels for the learning and growth of students, faculty and staff. After analyzing the needs of the field, I work with clients to solve problems based on my experience and expertise as a faculty developer. |
