| Research outline | My main research areas are 1) elucidating the mechanism behind the occurrence of natural hazards, including storm and tsunamis and 2) reconstructing paleoclimate and paleoenvironments. To achieve these goals, I use multiple approaches, including field surveys, numerical simulation, laboratory analysis, and radiocarbon dating. |
