Research outline | We are interested in understanding the cooperative regulation of various functions on genome (e.g., gene activation, replication and chromatin folding) and its dysregulation in diseases. In collaboration with wet labs, we have been investigating various cell-lines such as genetic disorders and knockout mice in the aspect of the epigenomic status, gene expressions and chromatin folding. |
