Specifically, based on “The University of Tokyo Activity Restrictions Index
for Preventing the Spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease,” released on April 7,
the university is raising its level to 3 (“severe restrictions”).

For this reason, the operation of the UTokyo Day Nursery (Hongo Keyaki,
Shirokane Himawari, Komaba Mukunoki and Kashiwa Donguri) will be suspended
for the time being.
The operation suspension period is planned to be approximately one month,
but depending on the circumstances, the period may be extended.
When the date of resumption of operation is finalized, we will provide guidance again.
