Information on the AY 2020 Spring Semester Matriculation Ceremonies

About the Cancellation of the AY 2020 Matriculation Ceremonies (PDF File: 19KB)
In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infections, we decided to cancel the AY 2020 Matriculation Ceremonies. Messages that were planned to be delivered at the ceremonies will be prepared as video messages to be distributed online. We will publish them on our website as soon as they are ready.

The AY 2020 Matriculation Ceremony for undergraduate students and AY 2020 Matriculation Ceremony for graduate students were scheduled to be held at the Ryogoku-Kokugikan (National Sumo Stadium). However, due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, we decided not to use the Ryogoku-Kokugikan as the venue of the ceremonies. Currently, we are considering a number of options for the ceremonies, including cancellation. We will let you know on this page as soon as it is decided.
