The seminar covers the following topics: the startup trend in the Nordic economies, the recent evolution of startup ecosystem, the characteristics of the startup environment and supporting mechanisms, and Sony’s recent effort in establishing an accelerator program.
◆Speaker: Rodrigo Rios, Innovation Manager, Sony Startup Acceleration Program, Sony Mobile Communications (Sweden)
Rodrigo Rios is Innovation Manager at Sony Mobile Communications, Sweden. He has been leading Sony Startup Acceleration Program (SSAP) in Europe, and collaborating with Japan SSAP team for the last five years. Rodrigo Rios himself is an entrepreneur and has co-founded two startups. He has a mixed scientific background of engineering (UC San Diego) and social science (University of Paris).
