[Overview]
The number of international students in Japan has been increasing rapidly. In teaching international students in classes such as “Case Study (Business environment, stakeholders and issues),” we teaching staff have found that many of these students hope to get jobs in Japanese firms. However, it is often difficult mainly because their Japanese language abilities do not meet the current requirements of Japanese companies.
As there are issues for both companies and students, we would like to provide the opportunity to share frank opinions with each other to foster mutual understanding and changing of minds to improve the situation.
