UTokyo×SNU Online Interchange Event
On October 28, 2021, the Go Global Gateway (GGG) program organized an online interchange event with Seoul National University (SNU), South Korea. This interactive event focused primarily on the difference and similarity between Japanese and South Korean culture.

Around 20 students from each university participated in the event and interacted with each other in small groups. They talked about a wide range of topics: Japanese and South Korean culture, impressions on SNU/UTokyo, university life, food, current situation of the pandemic, trends in media, and entertainment content, etc.
At the end of the event, participants gathered back to a plenary session and shared what they talked in their small groups. UTokyo students (GGG registrants) could deepen their understanding of South Korean culture and nurture friendship with SNU students.
The Go Global Gateway program will organize a variety of events for the registrants. We look forward to your participation in our future events!
