For Future Residents of Miatka International Hall of Residence

The move-in procedure is available from the first day of your term of residence printed on the notification of admission to the university of UTokyo accommodation.

Please note that you cannot carry out the procedures to move in on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
We also do not accept your move-in out of the office hours.
The hall office does NOT take care of unaccompanied goods that arrive before your permitted term of residence.

In case you cannot arrive within the period above, be sure
to contact both the hall office（mitaka-jimu.c@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp）
and the Student Welfare Section（kousei-team.c@gs.mail.u-tokyo.ac.jp）in advance.
