The University of Tokyo accepts applications from students, who wish to participate in the following program organized by AUA (Asian Universities Alliance). The program begins with an introduction of the Data Science project life-cycle. See the attachment "Overview" and "Flyer" for details of the program content and schedule.
Date: June 21 - June 25, 2021
Venue: Online
Host: Nazarbayev University
Target: Undergraduate students of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science, having completed the 2nd year of bachelor degree study
Capacity: 4 students (In principle, first-come basis)
Deadline: June 9, 2021 (Please contact the International Exchange Group by this date.)
Program Cost: No fee needed if you are nominated by UTokyo and selected by AUA

・Please make sure to include your name, affiliation, university year, gender, student ID number and attach filled-in "AUA SES 2021 - Nominations" form.

・Pre-requisites: Math (Calculus, Probability, Linear Algebra) and Programming in Python
・Before applying, applicants must make sure that the programs do not interfere with their semester courses since no consideration may be made for attending the program and may make study plan on its own responsibility.
・Participants must submit a report (google form will be sent out to the participants later) to the International Exchange Group, after completing program.
