The Student Forum of the China-Japan University Presidents’ Conference

Outline

One student from each university (undergraduate students in the 3rd year or older and graduate school students) is allowed to attend “The Student Forum”, which is held together with the “China-Japan University Presidents’ Conference”.

Accommodation fee; No Charge (Accommodation will be on-campus, shared room with Chinese students)
Meals during the program will be provided by host campus.
Airline tickets and transportation fees, fees for obtaining passport, other personal expenses, insurance fees (including the mandatory overseas travel insurance “Futai-Kaigaku”) are to be paid individually
(Scholarships)
JPY 60,000 will be awarded from UTokyo (to be used for air fare)

Application Procedures

Since January 2018 the application process for short-term programs offered by Division for Global Campus Initiatives is changing to the new process using UTAS. During the respective application periods, programs using the UTAS application process will be displayed on UTAS, and you can apply to them through UTAS. The start of the application period will be announced on the news feed of this website and on Go Global Facebook, Twitter, and LINE.
