We focus on the development of a method for analyzing human nailfold capillary structure as a biomarker for disease, pre-disease, and health maintenance and promotion.

Developing an observation system for fingernail capillaries by using convolutional neural network (CNN).
Developing image processing methods for extracting various features to represent capillary structures.
Developing a deep learning-based method for estimating attribute values related to lifestyle and disease risk from the features extracted from capillary images.
