The Advanced Mobility Research Center (Director: Takashi Oguchi) in the Institute of Industrial Science (IIS) promotes activities related to the “Mobility Innovation Collaborative Research Organization,” which is led by the IIS in the University of Tokyo. The center pursues the possibility of innovative mobility supported by vehicle automation technology from the perspectives of both science and literature, including the realization of automated driving mobility services without human drivers.
