Center for Research on Innovative Simulation Software (CISS) Director/Professor
We aim to present an ideal method for research, development, and design for the manufacturing sector, such as the auto industry and energy machinery industry, in the next generation. The method involves maximizing the use of high-performance computing (HPC), with the purpose of leading the manufacturing sector through strong industry-academia-government collaboration.

【Main CISS projects】
- A. Conduct research and develop innovative physical models and algorism for numerical calculation
- B. Develop advanced and fundamental simulation software
- C. Find solutions for pioneering issues by using a leading-edge supercomputer
- D. Spread the use of fundamental simulation software by promoting consortium projects
- E. Foster human resources ready to use advanced simulation software
