We focus on the development of a method for analyzing human nailfold capillary structure as a biomarker for disease, pre-disease, and health maintenance and promotion.
- Developing an observation system for fingernail capillaries by using convolutional neural network (CNN).
- Developing image processing methods for extracting various features to represent capillary structures.
- Developing a deep learning-based method for estimating attribute values related to lifestyle and disease risk from the features extracted from capillary images.
