Stragetic Partnership Program

This is a joint research project by the faculty members of the Seoul National University School of Law and the Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, the University of Tokyo. The program covers business laws including commercial, corporate, securities, labor, social security, competition and tax laws. The two universities have held seminars in which the faculty members and students of both universities participated. The project will contribute to the better understanding of legal infrastructure that underpins the business environment.
