The purpose of this project is to apply social VR technology to Public Health. A newspaper company recently started an attempt to use Social VR as an information medium. A simulated experience with VR technology can present more information to experiences than newspaper. This method can also be said to be a new journalism method. We are advancing research on application of such features of VR to Public Health. Specifically, 1) application to disease prevention education, 2) application to health promotion, and 3) research on VR experience risk. These are strong contributors to the achievement of the SDGs.
