Graduate students who graduated / will graduate between October 2023 and March 2024

(for Students) Entry and Exit

To reduce congestion, students will be allowed to enter through the main entrance of the auditorium and exit through the back door.
Please note that students will not be allowed to exit through the main entrance.

Notices

  • The ceremony will be held in Japanese.
  • Family members will be admitted into the venue (Gotenshita Memorial Arena) from [Session 1] 8:30 a.m. / [Session 2] 10:15 a.m. / [Session 3] 12:00 p.m.
    Family members may enter and exit while the event is in progress, but they should make sure to attend the correct session, as the ceremony is divided into three sessions.
  • We will provide a livestream of the ceremony via the Internet.
  • Please refrain from taking photos or recording during the ceremony, as it may hinder the progress of the ceremony.
  • Please refrain from attending the ceremony if you have a fever or are otherwise feeling ill.
  • For information on degree presentation conducted by each graduate school, please contact your graduate school.
