How to Get a 2D Code Ticket
1.(Scheduled) Issuing Start Date
- From March 24 (Monday), 2025
2. Issuing Method
- Access the link button that will be posted in the Family Admission 2D Code Issuing System section above.
- Enter your student ID number, date of birth, and click "Log in and Proceed."
- On the "Registration" page, please enter the email address where you would like to receive the 2D code, check the box at the bottom of the page, and click "Confirm Your Input."
- On the "Event Registration Confirmation" page, please review the information, and click "Submit Application."
- The URL to display the 2D code screen will be automatically sent to the email address you entered.
- Please print the page with the 2D code displayed and bring it to the venue.
3. Notes
- 2D Codes cannot be issued prior to the issuing start date.
- The procedure for receiving a 2D code can be done by a family member, but the information of the new student’s ID number and date of birth are required as mentioned above to verify the student’s identity.
- Only one 2D code can be issued per new student. Each 2D code is different, and up to two family members can enter the venue once with the same 2D code. 2D codes can be reissued, but the same 2D code will be issued even if it is issued multiple times.
Entering the Venue
- The venue is expected to be very crowded, so please issue and print the 2D code before the day of the event so that it can be retrieved immediately at the venue.
- On the day of the ceremony, please print out the issued 2D code and bring it with you. Please note that you will not be able to enter if the 2D code cannot be scanned. We are not responsible for any inability to scan due to unclear printing.
- You can also enter by displaying the issued 2D code on your smartphone or tablet screen, but we are not responsible for any inability to scan due to the image being unclear. (In principle, we recommend that you print out the 2D code document and bring it with you.)
- If you bring the printed version of the 2D code document, we will collect it after scanning it.
- You can enter or leave during the ceremony, but once you leave, you cannot re-enter.
