- The ceremony will be mainly held in Japanese.
- For more information, please refer to the "大学院入学式案内 (Information on the Graduate School Matriculation Ceremony)" sent to new students.
- Up to two family members can enter for each student. Please note that a "ご家族入場券 (Family Admission Ticket)" or a "ご家族入場用二次元コード (Family Admission 2D Code)" is required for entry. For more information, please refer to the "大学院入学式案内 (Information on the Graduate School Matriculation Ceremony)."
- We will provide a livestream of the ceremony via the Internet.
- Please refrain from taking photos or recording during the ceremony, as it may hinder the progress of the ceremony.
- Please refrain from bringing large baggage into the venue.
- Baggage may be inspected at the entrance.
- Please refrain from attending the ceremony if you have a fever or are otherwise feeling ill.
