Research Fellowship for Young Scientists

1. DC1, DC2, PD
   This program supports the cultivation and securing of highly creative researchers by providing opportunities to focus solely on research on a topic selected by the researcher him/herself. The program provides research subsidies to support the hiring of exceptional researchers desiring to focus solely on research at a university or other research institution.From FY 2024, new PDs will be hired as Project Researchers.
2. RPD
   This program is a component of the Research Fellowship for Young Scientists system and supports the smooth return of exceptional researchers who have taken a leave of absence due to childbirth  or childcare.From FY 2024, new RPDs will be hired as Project Researchers.
