Summary We offer comprehensive consultations on all aspects of data analysis for research within the university (e.g., statistical analysis, machine learning, programming, data analysis software). We can address topics ranging from basic concepts to specialized themes. Consultations are conducted in a meeting format with faculty members or RAs, lasting approximately one hour per session. 
Target UTokyo faculty and staff, graduate students, undergraduate students

  • Consultations are available for data analysis across all fields,  ranging from science & engineering to the humanities & social sciences.
  • Flexible support is provided based on the need of the field in question and the level of the inquirer.
  • Confidentiality is maintained regarding the name of the inquirer and the details of the consultation.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved by the faculty or RA, we assist in connecting with external experts.
  • There is a related community within the UTokyo Slack workspace.
  • Voluntary study sessions for students are also held.
